My tumblr buddy sent me a box of Caramacs. I had never experienced a Caramac before. I received the box on Friday. As of Sunday night there were no more caramacs left. I didn’t think I liked macadamia nuts. These may have changed my outlook on macadamia nuts for the rest of my days.

My tumblr buddy also sent me Armadillo Droppings from Austin, TX! I am sadly allergic to pecans so I haven’t had the chance to devour the box. Everyone in my life is benefiting from my allergy though. I’ve been passing out the candies to coworkers and friends. My tumblr buddy makes me popular!

Ps: Tumblr buddy, don’t feel bad for sending me pecans. My mom forgets and tries to feed me pecans three to four times a year.

im sorry about the recent relationship problems.

i feel your pain because GUESS WHAT?!?!  we are almost in the same boat.

im sorry. but look - you’re great. i know that and i dont even “know” you. 

also - you’re still young. you ain’t no old maid. so, chin up. i know - easier said than done.

but believe me - it gets better. the only thing i can say is keep a schedule.

seriously. im talking accounting for every minute you are awake. keep busy and know exactly what it is you will be doing at any given time. surround yourself with girlfriends.

hell - surround yourself with booze. lord knows i did it.

i recall this one particularly sad, sad moment several years ago where i all of a sudden was missing my ex and i sat in my room, listening to freakin’ emo music drinking rum and cokes, and crying. as an outsider, sure it looks pathetic. but you know what? it freaking helped and i woke up the next morning and was a little better.

so dont let people judge you, do what feels RIGHT or even something that might make you feel better. you deserve it. hell - if you’re gonna go through a freaking heartbreak, do what you can to make it easier. ((please dont become an alcoholic or snort coke… but y’know.))

what else - allow yourself to kiss a boy should the moment present itself. you know what else i did? i dressed up. watch trashy tv. seeing the hot messes out there really made me feel like my life was actually not that shitty.

you know what? just come to san francisco and ill wear a bag over my head so you dont know who i am. that sounds like a plan.

oh tumblr buddy. i’m so sorry. for two things:

1. for the loss of your friend that you and several other people have been mourning.  i’m so sorry that it happened and the circumstances for which it happened.  i hope that you are able to find comfort in her memory and in the rest of this community.  i have been thinking about you (and all her other friends) this week.  it is such a sad and terrible thing when this happens.  you are all in my thoughts and prayers.  she had so many people that loved her. i dont really know what else one can say… they are just words and feelings and i know that it might not necessarily make everything better. but i, and many other people, are here for you.

2.you are going to be so mad/disappointed at me… i haven’t mailed your package yet… :(  i know. i have no excuse that is really acceptable except for the fact that i work at a law firm and we are starting trial today. TODAY!!! so ive been stuck at work every freaking day for the past 2 weeks and havent been able to run to the post office. no excuse, i know.  but i have your gift. all packaged up in a neat little box. sitting patiently next to me until i can sneak away for an hour to get this done.  i promise you, SWEAR to you, that it will be mailed either today or tomorrow. :(  i don’t want to just drop it in the mail, because it is somewhat fragile… anyhoo. so sorry. times a million.
